R&D Executive
Job Descriptions:

Design and develop new products and processes.

Source suitable raw materials and packaging for product development.

Plan material requirements and procurement.
-
Prepare samples based on sales or customer requests.

Conduct product analysis, sensory evaluations, shelf-life tests, and optimization studies as needed.

Update documents such as specifications in accordance with food standards.

Arrange and conduct production trial runs at the factory.
-
Participate in creating, launching, and implementing new products.
-
Improve existing product formulas and processes.
-
Benchmark and test competitive products to gain relevant insights.
-
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent.

1–2 years of working experience in the food industry.
-
Independent, passionate, and creative in product development.
-
Effective communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
-
Own transport and willingness to travel as required.
-
