R&D Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Design and develop new products and processes.

  • Source suitable raw materials and packaging for product development.

  • Plan material requirements and procurement.

  • Prepare samples based on sales or customer requests.

  • Conduct product analysis, sensory evaluations, shelf-life tests, and optimization studies as needed.

  • Update documents such as specifications in accordance with food standards.

  • Arrange and conduct production trial runs at the factory.

  • Participate in creating, launching, and implementing new products.

  • Improve existing product formulas and processes.

  • Benchmark and test competitive products to gain relevant insights.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years of working experience in the food industry.

  • Independent, passionate, and creative in product development.

  • Effective communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

  • Own transport and willingness to travel as required.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
