We cook our fish ball and make smooth surimi paste with high temperature. This process help to sterilization our product and keep the texture and freshness of our fish balls.
Our frying line is closely integrating with our cooking line; this is to ensure the shortest distance travel time between two process.
Individual Quick Frozen (IQF)
IQF is the new technology from Germany that we invested and installed.
With IQF technology, it helps reducing the time taken to lower the temperature from -18 °C in 24 hours to -35 °C in 40 minutes in the frozen process.
With this improvement, it has also greatly increase the quality of the freshness and nutrition of our products.
Each of our products come with its unique packaging. Our auto packaging machine is designed to ensures the weight, freshness and hygiene specifications.
After sealing, each product must be tested by the Metal Detection machine to ensure the product contains zero metal hazard from the productions, this is to ensure the safety of our products.
Our cold storage is placed next to our food production facilities to ensure the freshness of our raw materials at the same time to ease our stock and inventory monitoring.
We have integrated full production workflow in our warehouse from checking, labelling, packaging, inventory and transportation. We have invested a back-up generator to our cold storage to prevent power breakdown, as a result, Fusipim has no food damage since the start of our business.
