Human Resource Executive / Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage timely and accurate payroll administration.

  • Prepare and compile various payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Plan and implement projects and programs to enhance payroll efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate annual performance assessments, salary reviews, and administer bonus programs.

  • Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and a positive mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Proficient in computers and MS Excel.

  • Strong mathematical and logical thinking abilities.

  • Mature in thinking and problem-solving.
