Human Resource Executive / Assistant
Job Descriptions:

Manage timely and accurate payroll administration.

Prepare and compile various payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Plan and implement projects and programs to enhance payroll efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate annual performance assessments, salary reviews, and administer bonus programs.

Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by supervisors.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and a positive mindset.

Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Proficient in computers and MS Excel.

Strong mathematical and logical thinking abilities.

Mature in thinking and problem-solving.
