COOKING STEPS

Slice the long beans into small pieces.
-
Cut the carrot into small pieces.
-
Slice the large onion into small pieces.
-
Slice the shallots into small pieces.
-
Blend the large onion, garlic, 3 bird’s eye chilies, and 1 inch of shrimp paste.
-
Sauté the blended ingredients.
-
Add the long beans and carrot.
-
Cut the Thai Veggie Fish Balls into halves and add them to the pan.
-
Add the rice and mix until well combined.
-
Add a little salt and seasoning.
-
Ready to be served.
