  • Bird’s eye chili

  • Shrimp paste (belacan)

  • Salt

  • Seasoning / flavor enhancer

COOKING STEPS

  • Slice the long beans into small pieces.

  • Cut the carrot into small pieces.

  • Slice the large onion into small pieces.

  • Slice the shallots into small pieces.

  • Blend the large onion, garlic, 3 bird’s eye chilies, and 1 inch of shrimp paste.

  • Sauté the blended ingredients.

  • Add the long beans and carrot.

  • Cut the Thai Veggie Fish Balls into halves and add them to the pan.

  • Add the rice and mix until well combined.

  • Add a little salt and seasoning.

  • Ready to be served.
