Wonton Noodles

COOKING STEPS

  • Slice the ginger.

  • Add into a pot the ginger, crushed garlic, spring onion (leaves and stalks), and mushrooms.

  • Boil everything with 2 cups of water, then remove the ingredients once the water comes to a boil.

  • Add the pak choy and drain once it softens.

  • Blanch the wonton noodles and drain.

  • Blanch the seafood wonton and drain.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and fish sauce.

  • Arrange the noodles, pak choy, and seafood wonton in a bowl.

  • Pour in the soup.

  • Ready to be served.
