Wonton Noodles
COOKING STEPS

Slice the ginger.
-
Add into a pot the ginger, crushed garlic, spring onion (leaves and stalks), and mushrooms.
-
Boil everything with 2 cups of water, then remove the ingredients once the water comes to a boil.
-
Add the pak choy and drain once it softens.
-
Blanch the wonton noodles and drain.
-
Blanch the seafood wonton and drain.
-
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and fish sauce.
-
Arrange the noodles, pak choy, and seafood wonton in a bowl.
-
Pour in the soup.
-
Ready to be served.
