INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 pieces of tofu

  • 2 tubes of egg tofu

  • Chicken stock cube

  • Carrot (finely chopped)

  • Onion (finely chopped)

  • Spring onion (thinly sliced)

  • Large chili (thinly sliced)

  • Crab Filament Stick (cut into small pieces)

COOKING STEPS

  • Blend 4 eggs, 2 pieces of tofu, and 2 tubes of egg tofu.

  • Pour the mixture into a large container.

  • Add the carrot, onion, spring onion, large chili, and crab filament stick.

  • Mix well.

  • Pour the mixture into small containers for steaming.

  • Steam for 15 minutes.

  • Dip the steamed mixture into beaten eggs.

  • Fry the stuffed tofu in hot oil.

  • Fry until golden brown.

  • Ready to be served.
