Chicken stock cube

Carrot (finely chopped)

Onion (finely chopped)

Spring onion (thinly sliced)

Large chili (thinly sliced)

Crab Filament Stick (cut into small pieces)

COOKING STEPS

Blend 4 eggs, 2 pieces of tofu, and 2 tubes of egg tofu.

Pour the mixture into a large container.

Add the carrot, onion, spring onion, large chili, and crab filament stick.

Mix well.
-
Pour the mixture into small containers for steaming.
-
Steam for 15 minutes.

Dip the steamed mixture into beaten eggs.
-
Fry the stuffed tofu in hot oil.
-
Fry until golden brown.

Ready to be served.
