INGREDIENTS

  • PakLong Kentucky Flour

  • Chicken breast

  • 3 bird’s eye chilies

  • Curry leaves

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • Water

  • Cooking oil

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • Garlic

Buttermilk Chicken

COOKING STEPS

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

  • Pour the Kentucky flour into a bowl.

  • Add a little water and mix well.

  • Coat the chicken in the batter.

  • Coat the chicken again in the Kentucky flour.

  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then remove and drain.

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

  • Sauté the garlic.

  • Add the curry leaves.

  • Add the bird’s eye chilies.

  • Pour in 1 cup of evaporated milk.

  • Add the fried chicken.

  • Let it simmer until it boils, then turn off the heat.

  • Ready to be served.
