1 cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoons of butter

Buttermilk Chicken
COOKING STEPS

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Pour the Kentucky flour into a bowl.
-
Add a little water and mix well.

Coat the chicken in the batter.

Coat the chicken again in the Kentucky flour.
-
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then remove and drain.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
-
Sauté the garlic.
-
Add the curry leaves.
-
Add the bird’s eye chilies.
-
Pour in 1 cup of evaporated milk.
-
Add the fried chicken.
-
Let it simmer until it boils, then turn off the heat.

Ready to be served.
