Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services.

  • Generate regular reports and reviews using sales and financial data.

  • Ensure sufficient stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences.

  • Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the FMCG/F&B or Frozen Food sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about exceeding targets.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
