Freshness is the essential factor in preparing seafood. Every input of materials is carefully controlled and measured to achieve consistency to mixing process for textures and density. As a result, we were experts in producing a wide range of fish paste products.
We cook our fish balls and make our smooth surimi paste with the control of temperature in our cooking troughs. This is where the texture of our fish balls are determined, as well as where the hygiene of our products are made thoroughly consistent. We are utterly serious when preparing the food, since our well received Fish Ball is the flagship Fusipim seafood product.
The frying process are intergrated closely with our cooking, ensuring the shortest distance for our products to go through these stages. Our few signature products are made here such as Fried Fish Ball, Fried Fish Cake and also our exotic delicious Seafood Tofu.
Fusipim was developed on traditional experience and harnessing new technologies, the production lines were progressively modified to be 80% automated from 50%. We drew on the concept of ‘Kaizen’ and relentlessly endeavors to be in the forefront of industry. In this respect, we have invested in and installed ‘Individual Quick-Freeze’ (IQF) facility, thereby reducing the time taken to lower the temperature to -18 °C in 24 hours to -35 °C in 40 minutes, and consequently locking in freshness and nutrition.
Fusipim believes that good packaging is about protecting the quality of the products. Each of our products comes with unique packaging designs. Our auto packaging machine ensures the accuracy of measurement and the freshness of our products which is done perfectly. After sealing, each packages of our seafood product will go through our Metal Detector machine to ensure zero metal fragment from the productions upstream.
Our cold storage is strategically placed next to our food production facilities to ensure the freshness of our raw materials, while easing our stock and inventory monitoring. FUSIPIM warehouse was integrated full production workflows such as checking, labelling, packaging, inventory and transportation. Historically, we have no food damaged or breakdown of cold storage since our business started. We have invested a back-up generator for our cold storage to prevent any unnecessary power breakdown. We are proud that we are always able to provide the freshness product to our valued customer.
