Freshness is the essential factor in preparing seafood. Every input of materials is carefully controlled and measured to achieve consistency to mixing process for textures and density. As a result of this, we are specialists in producing a wide array of fish paste products.
When we cook our fish balls and make our smooth surimi paste, we begin with the control of temperature in our cooking troughs. This is where the texture of our fish balls are determined, as well as where the hygiene of our products are made thoroughly consistent. We are utterly serious when it comes to this, since our well received Fish Ball is the flagship Fusipim seafood product.
The way we do frying on the other hand, is by closely integrating it with our cooking, ensuring the shortest distance for our products to travel between these stages. Some of our best signature products are made here such as the Fried Fish Ball, Fried Fish Cake and not forgetting our exotic Seafood Tofu.
Fusipim building on traditional experience and harnessing new technologies, the production lines were progressively modified to be 80% automated from 50%. We draw on the concept of ‘Kaizen’ and relentlessly endeavors to be in the forefront of industry. In this respect, we invested in and installed ‘Individual Quick-Freeze’ (IQF) facility, thereby reducing the time taken to lower the temperature to -18 °C in 24 hours to -35 °C in 40 minutes, and consequently locking in freshness and nutrition.
Fusipim knows that good packaging is about protect the quality of the products. Each of our products comes in its unique packaging design. Our auto packaging machine ensures the accuracy of measurement and the freshness of our products which is done flawlessly. After sealing, each packet of our seafood product will go through our Metal Detection machine to ensure zero metal fragment from the productions upstream.
Our cold storage is strategically placed next to our food production facilities to ensure the freshness of our raw materials, while easing our stock and inventory monitoring. FUSIPIM warehouse integrated full production workflow such as checking, labelling, packaging, inventory and transportation. Historically, we have no food damage or breakdown of cold storage since the start of our business. We have invested a back-up generator for our cold storage to prevent any unnecessary power breakdown. We are proud that we are always able to provide the freshness product to our value customer.
